Receptionists & Supervisors
Crescent Town Club is hiring Receptionists and Supervisors to join our team dedicated to promoting health, fitness, and community connection. Receptionists will welcome members and visitors, manage bookings, answer enquiries and maintain front-desk operations with professionalism and a friendly demeanour. Supervisors will oversee daily front-of-house activities, support staff and training, handle escalated member concerns, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment across programs and facilities.
We seek reliable, customer-focused candidates with strong communication and organisational skills. Previous front-desk or supervisory experience in a recreation, fitness, or customer-service setting is an asset. Available roles are part-time shifts, with competitive pay and opportunities for professional growth within a community-centred organisation.

Lifeguards & Swim Instructors.
Crescent Town Club is currently looking for enthusiastic, dedicated, experienced individuals to join our aquatics team in 2026. We have openings for Lifeguards & Swim Instructors who are available to work various shifts on a part time basis.
Swim Instructors at Crescent Town Club are given the opportunity to teach both private and group swimming lessons. Our Swim instructors are responsible for creating & implementing dynamic and safe swimming lessons that meets the needs of each swimmer. Our Swim Instructors also evaluate each swimmer’s abilities during swim classes and provide written and verbal feedback.
