Fitness Boot Camp for Non Members
Fitness Boot Camp is a full-body fitness program designed for adults aged 18+ focusing on improving cardiovascular function, flexibility, joint mobility, and muscle and core strength.
The program is structured with multiple sections, including cardio, muscle conditioning and core strength, and mobility training to enhance cardiovascular health, muscle balance and overall body function. The program promotes safe, functional movement to support everyday activities, reduce stiffness, and prevent injury, helping participants move with confidence, strength, and feel stronger at any stage of life.
Saturdays - January 10 to March 14 - 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
