Strength Starts Here: Lift & Learn for Beginners - Non Members
This introductory weight training program is designed for beginners who want to learn how to safely and confidently start strength training. Participants will be guided through the basics of proper form, simple exercises, and effective techniques using weights. The program focuses on building strength, improving muscle tone, and increasing overall confidence in the gym. No prior experience is necessary, just come ready to learn, move, and get stronger in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Mondays - April 6 to June 15 - 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. OR Wednesdays - April 8 to June 10 - 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.
